• Our Lang Cai is an exquisite handmade Dan Cong Oolong from Shen Yan Village in the Phoenix Mountains in Guangdong Province.

• Lang Cai is made from 150 year old Shui Xian tea bushes.

• This tea is hand-made by the Zhou family Tea Masters.

• The name Lang Cai actually refers to the technique of processing the tea leaves, which have fruity and floral aroma and a pleasantly astringent taste.

• The best flavours from this tea come when it is made in Gong Fu style.

• Our Lang Cai has been hand packed in Edinburgh into recyclable aluminium caddies with a plastic free inner bag.

• Our Taster Boxes are 8g, which is enough for one full gongfu cha serving to make multiple infusions or two normal pots of tea.

    Another spectaculiar creation from the Zhou Family Collection

    Expected this to be great, as I've previousley bought the other Zhou family teas. Love it, another PekoeTea favourite added to my list. Made it with all 8g Gong fu style, the guide on the packet is 100ml water. Remember by the time the water is poured in, kettle put back 10 seconds of the infusion time has just gone by, like any Gonf fu serving, so watch for that.
