• Silver Needle Tea gets its name from its appearance. Its full name is White Downy Silvery Needle or Bai Hao Yin Zhen. The new growth leaf buds have fine white hairs that only appear during the very first pickings each year.
• This tea was harvested in Zheng He area of Wuyi Mountain, Fujian Province and is made from the Da Bai cultivar - the most famous cultivar used to make Chinese white tea
• Our Silver Needle is hand picked and hand processed by the Zhou family of tea masters.
• It has a mild and sweet flavour with soft lengthy aftertaste
