Tea
We source the finest single-estate teas and create unique hand-crafted blends at our Edinburgh tea factory in the historic port of Leith.
All our teas are packed by hand into either recyclable caddies and boxes with plastic free inners, or resealable stand-up pouches.
All our teas are loose leaf and many in our range are also available in bio-degradable pyramid teabags
We offer an extensive range of the highest quality premium teas, both single estates sourced from tea growing regions around the world and exquisite flavoured blends made by hand in our factory in Edinburgh.

• Our Cooked Pu Erh Special Grade is a exquisite example of what is known as "Shu Cha" or ripened tea
• The unfinished green pu erh tealeaves undergo a process of heating and turning in humid conditions with added bacterial and fungal cultures.
• Each factory has a slightly different technique and mixture of cultures making the finished product considerably different
• Pu Erh tea is grown in the rich soil of the Yunnan Mountains in Southern China
• When infused, the liquor is dark brown with a pleasant, refreshing taste.
• You can make this pu erh tea in a normal teapot or mug but the best flavours come from Gong Fu Style brewing where the tea leaves can be infusion multiple times.
• Our Cooked Pu Erh Special Grade is packed by hand in Edinburgh using infinitely recyclable aluminium caddies with a plastic free inner or resealable stand-up pouches

Pu erh is quite distinctive, with a thick oily liquor. This one smells like smoked herring! (But that's probably just me, don't let that put you off.) I like it.
nice tea unusual but refreshing will carry on using
I have been drinking this tea for a long time find it very benefical health wise.
Really good quality tea with great flavour, and good value because you can get many brews out of the leaves!
