A medium-heavy roast Dan Cong oolong. Roasted in charcoal made from lychee wood. Expect a rich, pleasantly bitter taste with a floral aroma and notes of lychees from the woodsmoke.

This is an exquisite Wuyi Rock Tea or “Yancha” from Da Shui Keng. It is made by the Zhou family, who have been handmaking teas for generations.
Harvested on the 9th May 2018, this tea has been carefully roasted over charcoal four times.The flavours are complex and fruity with sensation of boiled sweets. Try re-infusing several times.
