Details

An outstanding medium roast oolong from China's Guangdong Province. This tea is roasted using charcoal made from lychee wood, imparting a subtle lychee aftertaste to the tea.

This Mi Lan Xiang Dan Cong is picked from relatively young tea bushes, each one only around forty years old. There is a natural sweetness alongside the fruity flavour notes, but this quickly becomes quite bitter if the tea is infused for too long. This bitterness is pleasing to some, but is an acquired taste.
