A large hand thrown teacup finished with a subtle banded glazing in pastel hues.
This teacup is made by Shinbe Sakakura, one of the oldest kiln and pottery families in Hagi yaki ware culture and can be traced back 15 generations.
Such is its significance, the kiln is considered cultural property of the Yamaguchi Prefecture.
This teacup comes in two colours.
