Haven't tried this before, or read the description until writing the review. However expected it to be brilliant as it's another from the Zhou family. Had this in the shop, Gongfu style. Wasn't disappointed, because it's unsmoked it's more subtle and softer flavour then smoked, which is often over done. Really enjoyed it and bought a caddy as well.
