• This tea is hand-made by the Zhou family Tea Masters in the Wuyi area of Fujian Province
• Unlike Lapsang Souchong as we traditionally know it, this tea has not been smoked so the infusion is mild and sweet.
• The best flavours from this tea come when it is made in Gong Fu style
