      • Harvested on March 21st 2022, this is a delicious green tea.
      • Long Jing is known as a cooling tea, perfect for sunny summer afternoons.
      • This tea is known as 'pre-rain' because it was harvested before the 'grain rain' which happens around the 20th of April every year.
      • Long Jing is prepared through a process of pan pressing by hand, by tea masters in Hangzhou.
      • The flavour is fresh, nutty and floral with a slight astringent bite that is pleasant and not overpowering.
