  • An excellent cooked Pu Erh produced by Menghai Dayi. This Pu Erh has undergone the Wo Dui process, which was invented in the 70s to accelerate fermentation. The result is a wonderfully smooth tea with a rich and earthy flavour.


    This 357g beeng (cake) has been aged since 2011 to improve and mellow the flavour. We recommend that you store this tea and allow it to continue ageing and simply break off pieces to drink as you need them.
