  • This is an exquisite Wuyi Rock Tea or “Yancha” from Shui Liandong. It is made by the Zhou family, who have been handmaking teas for generations. Harvested on 5th May 2016 it has been carefully baked 4 times at a medium level. The flavours are the typical cinnamon of Rou Gui with a long blackcurrent aftertaste. Try re-infusing several times.
