We are thrilled to announce that PekoeTea is embarking on a collaboration with Diageo, one of the world's leading spirits companies. At first glance, a tea shop and a whisky company may seem like an unlikely pairing. This is a really simple iced tea that you can make in 10 minutes using a cocktail shaker.  No need to leave the tea to chill overnight.  A couple of years ago we experimented with this method of making iced tea using Lapsang Souchong, so I thought the same technique would work well with our Islay Whisky Tea.  The smokey earthy notes are quite unusual but very refreshing, it's a great option for a non-alcoholic drink on a summers day.
