Rohini Jethi Kupi is a first flush Darjeeling tea from the 2017 harvest. In Nepalese dialect "Jethi" translates to eldest daughter and "Kupi" translates to a funnel or cone. Rohini Jethi Kupi is therefore a very early harvest first flush darjeeling - harvested in February. When infused this exceptional first flush darjeeling turns a golden amber and has an aroma full of floral notes. The flavour of Rohini Jethi Kupi is sweet and fruity and has a full bodied, lingering aftertaste.
We are delighted to be able to offer this tea so early in the year.
