Delivery and Returns

Christmas Delivery

Please place you orders before the following dates for Christmas delivery.

 

UK: Wednesday 17th December

Western Europe (excluding Greece and Poland): Thursday 11th December

Eastern Europe, Greece and Poland: Friday 5 December

 

Postage

We endeavor to dispatch orders on the same day they are placed if they are processed before 2pm.

We deliver to the UK for using 1st class Royal Mail and to outside the UK using Airmail. We only charge the actual cost of postage for the weight and destination of the package. You can order up to 2kg of products online. If you require more than this, please call us on 0131 477 1838 or email us using our form.

If your order does not arrive within 14 days, please contact us either by email or call us on 0131 477 1838.

Collection

You can choose to collect your order from our shop in Edinburgh free of charge. Select "Collection: PekoeTea Edinburgh" in the Shipping Region Box at the checkout. We will try to have your order available for collection within 24 hours and we will notify you by email when it is ready. You will need to bring proof of address with you.

We're open 10-6 Monday - Saturday. Closed on Sunday.

Returns

You can return your purchase by post. However, before you do please e-mail info@pekoetea.co.uk for confirmation - You must return your purchase within 30 days and enclose your proof of purchase, order/invoice details and reason for return.

If you are returning a faulty or incorrect product you will not be responsible for paying the postage however, you will be responsible for the cost to us of shipping on free delivery orders if you return an item that is not faulty.

If you are in the European Union, you are entitled to a statutory 7 day cooling off period where you are not liable for shipping costs. We will notify you of refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Your Statutory rights will not be affected. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, any sum debited by us from your credit card/paypal account will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you by email at the address given by you on your order form.

The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
