Tea Caddies

The best way to store tea is in an airtight container such as a tea caddy. Tea should be kept cool and out of direct light. The air in the container should be changed as little as possible or the container should only store a small amount of tea at any time.

Glass jars should not be used for tea storage because condensation on the cold glass can spoil the tea.
