1. Use 1 soupspoon/caddyspoon.
2. Heat 1/2 litre of water to around 70-80 degrees (You can tell when the water starts to fizz and go cloudy)
3. Rinse tea by covering it with some of the hot water and tipping it away
4. Re-infuse tea and steep for 3-5 mins to taste.
5. Can be re-infused around 4 times or until no taste remains
Best enjoyed in a Yixing Teapot
Like green tea but without the grassy flavour distinct in green tea.

Description
Yellow Buds Tea is fermented slightly longer than green tea but not as long as oolong tea and is wrapped in paper and gently warmed so that it loses its green tea taste and turns the leaves a yellow colour.
